Is this normal?

Hi, we have had our piggies for about a month now. I haven't really been able to pick them up or hold them for any length of time to be able to see what is normal for them.
Today, my daughter noticed that lollipop seems to have red on both of her legs. I'm not sure if it has always been like that or if something is wrong. Any ideas?

It looks like the pink bit on her leg on the photo is the bottom of her foot which looks perfectly healthy to me, a nice pink colour?
