I took my piggy to the vet a week or two ago, she had blood on her poo. The vet said she an enlarged uterus and she needed to be spayed. After she was spayed the vet said she had two lumps of tissue in her uterus. The vet suggested that they were un formed baby guinea pigs. The vet could not find any guinea pig body parts tho. I have had the pig for almost 4 years now and her and another spayed female piggy. The only time she could of become pregnant would have been almost 4 years ago at the pet store.
Is this possible?
(I have no pics of the lumps)

It could be that they were retained foetuses that mummified I guess, but it could also have been a tumour or something? Did the vet offer to send samples for analysis?

I'd suggest changing the vet if no offer to investigate the lumps. Surely any interested vet would have been interested in finding out what lumps are? I certainly would!

It could be mummified babies, but unlikely. I would have had the lumps analysed by the lab. Its such a shame your vet didnt offer it, it would be far more helpful to know what is going on.
