Is This Ringworm?

First lap time with Tulip today...
Noticed her eye looked a bit red with a couple of gunky/flaky bits on (like she had sleep in her eye).
Does this look like it could be ringworm?

It's difficult to say at this stage, the other possibility is something in her eye like a bit of hay. I would get her checked by the vet in case.
