Is this safe for pigs?

My Dad brought home some dried grass he picked up on a walk and wants to feed it to the piggies. Can you feed them wild stuff like that? Is it "clean" enough? How can you possibly know whether something has peed on it or there are chemicals?

Am I being a bit too paranoid? :{

Hmmm, if he got it somewhere remote and very quiet, I'd just wash it and give it to them. If it was near a road and where dog walkers go, I'd politely turn it down!

I personally would never give them grass unless I was 100% certain it was clean and safe.
