Is this safe?

Hi all, recently just bought some new accessories for the piggies and I just want to double check that it is safe to use for them:

Hay racks are ok to use for timothy hay provided the bars not too far apart that they can get their heads in. I used to use something similar so that and they were fine with it but you do always need to be vigilant. I don’t use hay racks at all now as they just ignored them as they much prefer free access to soft meadow hay in loose piles on the floor so they can get right into it to burrow and sleep in as well as forage much more easily through

I will make sure I keep my eye on it, would keeping it lower to the floor be better? I'll see how mines get on with the hay rack
