Teenage Guinea Pig
Aww that’s lovely! Glad he’s found a friendI always planned on getting two piggies but I rescued my first one from the adoption centre in pets at home. He had been put up for rehoming because he didn't get on with the other pigs in his previous home which is evident from his scar above and under one of his eyes. Pets at home told me he must not be rehomed with another pig. Several months later I got him a friend and I have had no issues whatsoever.
I know it’s so sad! People are often given wrong advice and through no fault of their own animals suffer. It just makes you wonder how many other pigs have been sold and will never have another pig friend because of the advice they were given
It shows too much additives.
My piggies just get natural veggies, herbs, hay, fruit, and pallets, which are made of hay.[/QUOTE
Thank you for your reply! I’ve decided it’s best to stick to natural foods
