I have a female guinea who is 3 1/2 years old, and since she was little she has had some issues with recurring bloating. She is eating, drinking and excreting absolutely fine, but becomes very uncomfortable with having her tummy touched and can get quite distressed. She has had this issue 3 times; each time it has been treated but I am curious if there is anything that I could do to perhaps ease this.

She is on a diet of hay, Excel guinea nuggets, and vegetables (normally carrot or some pepper) once a day. There is always water available although she often drinks quite a lot.

Does anyone have any advice on this?
