Adult Guinea Pig
Its been a pretty bad week for me (I won't bore you with the details) so needless to say I have been down in the dumps. Today has been a good day though for a few reasons.
Today I had Rosie out for a wander around the living room (parents are away on hols again
) and she did the cutest things. Firstly she makes the cutest little curious squeaks when she is exploring which in itself cheered me up but it gets better. Everytime I whistled to her she would come over to me to say hello and lick me :<>. The best one was when she came over and licked the end of my nose more than once x).
Secondly my bf did the most thoughtful thing. We are car-less (see bad week) so in order for my bf to get home he has to walk, its not far but he was walking home in the dark alone which worrys me a little. When he got home he gave me a ring to say he was home safe without being asked. The simplest things make all the difference.
I will go to bed content and happy now.
