My darling boy Badger would have been four today! Sadly he didn't quite make his 2nd Birthday, as he lost his fight against cancer just the week before on 26th March, 2007.

I always said the 1st April would never be known as April Fools Day again, but it would be renamed Badger Day!

You were such a brave boy Badger and we all still really miss you! I hope you have been reunited with your special mate Schmichael. He looked after you so well and would guard your cage whenever you were recovering from an operation.

A very special day, he looks like such a cutie but a bit of a mischief too which makes him cuter! I'm sure he is watching you from the bridge! x
