Its bedtime piggies!

So as its almost 10pm, Its time for the piggies 'bedtime'. Their cage has been cleaned, fresh water and veggies given and their bowls topped up. My boys are soo noisy come 9pm, its as though they know its almost their bedtime!

Does anyone else have a piggy 'bedtime', or am just i the strange one?

Yes, but unfortunatly, I go to bed between 1 and two most nights, only occasionally earlier so my piggies all want to get a midnight snack and Weeik their heads off just before they know it's time.
The sound is deafening, possibly because its bare floorboards in the dining room where they live and the echo does a great job of helping. You may think - yeah, how loud can guinea pigs be?
Well, 10 of them Weeiking all at once is loud enough for the neighbours to have asked me what on earth the noise is. :x

I am planning to try to re-set their body clocks somehow to thinking their bedtime is earlier - thus snack time is much earlier lol. Hope it works!
 
mine normally go to sleep when i do its only sometimes they bet me to the bed hehe
 
Yes my 2 have a bed time.
Just before I go to bed I top up their water & food, take out all their toys and tunnels and put in their igloo's
They instantly know it's bed time inbreeding
 
Yip 10.30 - 11.00! they're in their pen from 7.00 till 10.00, out for cuddle then to a clean cage, fresh hay and cucumber for bed time snack. Both girls rummage around a bit, then when tired jump up in their bunk beds and collapse. I usually put a towel over the top of the cage as they are kept in the living room and asleep before us..hehe
