With a heavy heart Suzy was PTS on Friday. She’d spent many many weeks out of sorts, and had one problem after another in the last couple of weeks.

I am heartbroken, she was with me for over 6 years and so friendly and happy. She was my baby and I am so very gutted and now have a pet free house for the first time ever.
 
I am ever so sorry for your loss! Suzy has lived to a good old age, but it is always heart-breaking when you have to send a beloved pet to the Rainbow Bridge as the only gift you have left to give. :(

The house is kind of disconcertingly quiet without a pet to bring it alive, isn't it? I hope that you might consider adopting some rescue piggies in due time to start a new and very different journey. When you have the gift to love, it is good to hand it on. No piggy ever takes anything away from another as each bond is unique. Any new piggies cannot touch what Suzy is and will always remain to you. They cannot take away the time you have spent with Suzy as theirs will be a different part of your life with different experiences. ;)
 
Sorry for your loss. Xx it is so sad when our beloved pets have to leave us and even if they live to a great age like Suzy has it always feels like it wasn't their time. Suzy knew she was loved and take comfort hat though she isn't with you physically- she lives on in your heart.

I'm so sorry for your loss, she was with you for such a long time, but remember it was your loving care that got her there. So no guilt you couldnt have done anymore, my heart goes out to you, Hun.

Sleep tight little Suzy, knowing you were loved, & you gave love, in return.
Run to the rainbow bridge, & meet new friends.
 
I am really sorry for your loss, Suzy was obviously so very treasured and loved. I know it is hard, but remember the love is always worth the loss that you feel now. Suzy had the most amazing life with you. In time the pain fades as we heal and the rawness dampens down. Huge hugs

Sorry to hear about lovely Suzy, what a beautiful girl she was! We all know the pain you must feel. You’ll never forget her but it will get a little easier with time ✨Popcorn free little one

I know it was the right thing to do, but just so hard.

I wouldn’t say no to pigs in the future (who could?!) but not at the moment.

I missed your post before. I’m so sorry that you had to make that decision, but it shows just how much you loved her. She was beautiful and lived to a good age with you. Popcorn free beautiful girl.
