It's spinach night!

The boys are very excited because it's spinach for dinner tonight It's one of their favourites, I got a big chorus of squeaks when they smelt it!

We're having spinach and lentil curry too! The boys can't eat a whole bag on their own, so we get the rest, lovely!

I remember reading somewhere that spinach is high in oxalic (sp?) acid so not to feed too much. But nobody ever says how much too much is! I just give a couple of leaves and it goes. All things in moderation I guess O0

Mine love spinch but I have read it can cause kidney Stones due to the calcuim so mine only get it as a treat, I would like to feed it more often but I am too scared to.

When you do feed it feed thebaby spinach which is better Still not good- but better

We only buy the baby spinach but I think prevention is better than cure, so I only give it as a treat.
