Was just sorting through all my presents ahead of the big trip to my parents for xmas - piggies in tow... when I came across presents I knew weren't for my boyz.

It suddenly hit me, they are the Secret Santa presents which I thought I'd posted but hadn't.

I've been scouring the Secret Santa thread in case there was a picture of my boy opening his little gift.

I'm such an idiot

I am so, so sorry

Will get in the post asap

To the little piggy still waiting... you have NOT, I repeat NOT, been put on the naughty list, the elves are just finishing your gift and then Santa will deliver it as quickly as possible.
 
It's not Christmas yet and it might still arrive before then. I sure the wait has just made the piggy more excited wondering just how amazing his present is as it's taken so long.

No you are not. You are busy with Christmas that is all. You will send them now and if you send them today they should make it on time.

if you go on the Post office website, they tell you how you can get your mail in on time for crimbo... up to 23/12! may cost a little extra thoughrolleyes
 
yeah i didnt do mine until today so paid for next day delivery, cost me £7 but i just really wanted to gurantee it would be there lol rolleyes
 
I dont think piggies have a calendar .... that they follow.... so if Christmas is a few days late I'm sure they will still be over the moon to receive their present.

These things happen so dont be hard on yourself ....its Christmas :)

ha they may not know the date but they certainly know the time! wheek wheek wheek its brekkie time! sound familiar? :))
 
^ the other night I got the piggies in about an hour later than usual and was treated to a massive chorus of wheeks that went on and on... I'm not sure if I was being thanked or told off!

Thanks for this advice - I did the same.

The PO said it was guaranteed delivery by 1pm Xmas Eve so I hope it arrived on time.

Haven't seen any pix but I could only afford a small gift so I expect it's not worth any photos.

Hope it arrived tho :)
