Q: Hi,you mentioned on the listing that the taxidermy guinea pig would last a long time if looked after, but what kind of maintenance would it need?or would it be ok on a shelf?cheers, laura (and hope you had a good xmas!) 27-Dec-07
A: Hi there, thanks for the question. Rags requires no maintainance at all. She would appreciate as little handling as possible because too much friction would make some fur fall off (not any great amount of fur, but this is the same with any taxidermy critter) and she'd like to be kept away from moisture. As with any organic matter, the addition of moisture would cause rot. She would be most happy on a shelf, in a cabinet or anywhere else where she can be admired. Thanks again! (yup, had a grand christmas, hope you and yours did too :-) ) All the best for 2008, Joanne
this is weird! people would buy this off ebay? :o
