Ivermectin on surgery wound (after 14 days)

Hi all, I’m new here and recently had one of my piggies spayed for cystic ovarian.

My question is would it be ok if abit of ivermectin (treated for mites) got into the healing incision area ? Am worried that it could cause something :/

Hi VickiA , thanks for your reply:)

My vet did advise to treat with ivermectin for mites, it’s just that while putting on the ivermectin for her, a small drip of it dripped into her incision area. So was just wondering will that do any harm to her wound.
