I have just been to asda and brought a new mixed bag of green leaves it contains kale spinach red pak choi which I know about and jagallo nero (Italian black cabbage) never heard of it. I've googled it and its related to kale but thats all I can find out I've given the girls a leaf each, it went down really well but if its related to kale does that mean its got a fairly high calcium level? Has anybody else fed it to their piggies ?

did your piggies enjoy it? :)
were they ok eating it? X

Must be a spelling mistake :))

Should be Cavalo Nero - that is the italian black cabbage/kale and, yes, it's safe to eat for piggies as a mix of leaves.

Sounds a nice mix of leaves for them - I'll have a look for those.

Oh good!

I got it because kale and Pak Choi are my girls favourite, only a pound too!

The girls did enjoy it but I only ever found it the one time, where did you buy it ?. Pak choi is a favourite of theirs too.

Asda under the stir fry bit :) its called 'stir, steam, fry' or something like that :)
