Jaggy thistles in hay !

I've now have had four bags of hay that's had jagged thistle type thing in the bags one sadly got attached to Chichi thankfully noticed as was changing the hay and she sat in it and was watching her and manahed to cit it out , any advice how I can avoid getting these in the bags like a different brand or that? Currently use burgees feel

I use burgess marigold and dandelion, Alfalfa king timothy hay and meadow hay bought in the large bales from the range and I've never had a problem with any of those

I have found thorns in a few different brands of hay! And had one stick in my hand. But I have not found any in the feeding hay (Burgess dandelion & marigold) for bedding hay I'm using a pets at home own brand but I vet each bag for bad looking hay, I've not had any thorns in this but it can sometimes be very twiggy.
