I'm absolutely heart broken.
On Monday we had to say goodbye to our sweet boy Jamie.
He turned from a seemingly happy and healthy boy to a terminally sick piggy in the course of a day.


He only came to live with us in January. Before that time he lived with another boar most of the time, but he had a real paw for his ladies.
He loved all of them and they loved him.
So I hope that his short time with us was a happy one for him.

We were still working on building up his trust in humans. I'm very sorry that I couldn't do enough to save you, sweety.
You are badly missed by all of us!

I was in shock when I read your sad post and send you hugs as you grieve. He did get to have happy days with you and his ladies thanks to you but sometimes their time with us is just not long enough. He was very handsome,

I am so sad to see this. You have given Jamie the happiest of lives and he sounds like he has made the most of experiencing Paradise on Earth. It may not have lasted long but sometimes a bad past can sadly cast a long shadow. You have given him the chance to get out from underneath for as long as he could.

Jamie will be much missed by all of you but he will also live on in all your hearts.
