Jeremy is my 9 month old skinny pig, the ginger chap is Kenneth also 9 months and the top pig is my oldest lady Hillary now 7 I also have 2 white girls aged about 3 yrs ( they were rescue pigs) daphne and Joan and a large male also 3 called Dennis. I also have an 8 year old cat called Marcus, who believes the pigs are his siblings In the past I have had 2 special needs pigs and just under a year ago lost godfrey my first skinny to cancer which broke my heart. But Jeremy and the other piggies and Marcus have been a great distraction

Hi. Great to see Jeremy’s thread. I remember Godfrey (RIP Godfrey) cos it was near to the time dear old Pedro (old rescue boar piggie) suddenly died & it was devastating. We’ve rescued 3 gorgeous girly piggies now.
We’ll never forget those piggies no longer with us but remember the happy times.
All your animals are lovely x

I'm trying to get pics of Dennis, Daphne and Joan and will post them as soon as possible. All the piggies on here are absolutely adorable

So very lovely.
They look just like my 1st two boys ( since childhood).
Titus and Philemon were also red eyed whites.
I miss them still.

I hope we’ll see lots more pics of your beautiful Daphne & Joan

I'm currently searching for a suitable pic of my boy, Dennis, he's not very amiable about having his picture taken. Actually he and Daphne are going to the vets next week because I've found a smallish lump on each of them ( after what happened to my gorgeous boy, Godfrey I know how important it is to get these things checked out asap). Anyway I'll keep everyone informed about how it goes, not least because Dennis hates the vets, and going anywhere or doing anything

My Dennis hates the nasty vet man too! He tolerates the nice vet lady though. As soon as he (Dennis not the nasty vet man) is put on the examination table, he usually takes one look at the vet, does a swift 180 legs it up my body, onto my shoulder and cowers under my hair!

Ha ha Piggies named Dennis must all be big babies! My Dennis is 3 years old and absolutely enormous but he's a total wuss, he also suffers bad allergies ( especially grass!) ear problems and once got beaten up by a girl half his size! He has a very thick long coat and has a tantrum every time I bath him and give it a trim. He used to be my most well behaved pig but age seems to have made him a bit of a grump, but I love him to bits

My Dennis is 2 on 5th May. He is only small 945g last weigh in which is his heaviest ever. He is the runt of a surprise shop litter. He is a tricolour teddy and is really sweet and lovely. I too love my little Dennis. He is a real character and polite to the ladies. He is my parrot piggy!

Hope those lumps prove to be nothing to worry about.
You are quite right to get them to the vet quickly.
He’s a lovely boy your Dennis.

Thanks! Yeah he's a sweetheart. They're all such characters Daphne's like a potato she just sits , always pretty unfazed whereas Joan's abit more hyper and nervy. Hilary's always been ditsy but super sweet and Ken is a big baby whose always running to his Mum for reassurance . Jeremy's very outgoing, happy go lucky and super chill, I take him out visiting the family in his blanket and he loves to curl up on his side on my chest and sleep

Took Dennis and Daphne to the vets today, the vet measured the lumps and said just to keep an eye on them, and only take them back if there's any change. Daphne was very nervous but well behaved, Dennis however screamed the entire time and bit my sister ! Anyway they're back home now and enjoying some spinach .
