I found my lovely Jingle (fluffy orange beauty) today in her forever sleep. She looked so peaceful and even had a bit of hay sticking out of her mouth.

The other four, including her sister, Mistletoe (cream and white) were all quietly munching hay.

Oh no, what a shock for you. I’m so sorry. But she had a fabulous life with you and her furry friends. Sleep tight Jingle x

Thank you all so much. She would have been 5 in august so an average life span I guess.

Oh no - as soon as I saw the title my heart sank.
But what a wonderful way to go - clearly quickly and surrounded by her herd.
Thinking of you

Hi!

I am ever so sorry that you have lost your stunning girl.

I found my Betsan like that a year ago; she'd obviously suffered a sudden big heart attack. :(
While it is always a massive shock when something like this happens out of the blue, please try to take consolation that Jingle can't have suffered much and that it is one of the kindest ways to die with the pain and upset very much on our side - but then, when the chips are down, this is what we would choose for our beloved ones, isn't it?

Her friends have obviously already taken their leave of her and are mourning her quietly and finding consolation within each other's presence.

You have given Jingle a very happy piggy life with lots of friends.

I couldnt quite believe that she had gone and carried her in my arms for a while. She is so beautiful and I can still remember sitting with her and Mistletoe on my lap at the rescue when they were little.

I'm so sorry to hear this. I really dread the day something like this happens to one of mine. She had an incredible life and the fact she was so close to 5 I would say it's a good life span. I was so worried and still am that I will lose one of mine before they're a year old. I'd be happy with that lifespan so many pigs don't make it until that age. Take care of yourself and your herd. I'm so pleased to hear she went peacefully, that's what I'd hope for a peaceful end. ❤️❤️❤️

I’m so sorry to read that you found little Jingle in her forever sleep, sending big hugs, it‘s always such a shock x
Sleep tight beautiful little lady 🌈

Catching all on the RB section. I am so sorry for the loss of your beautiful girl. Massive hugs to you at this very sad time. Please be kind to yourself. Jingle was such a sweetie I loved seeing her photos and hearing about her along with your other piggies

Sleep well little one

RIP Jingle
