Hi,

I was told by p@h that this was safe to use. Unsurprisingly, I’m reluctant to believe anything they say!

What’s your opinion on this?! Is there a better/cheaper alternative? What do you use?

Many thanks

Yep, it's totally fine to use but a waste of money in the long run.

I used white vinegar mixed with water. For years I used to refill one of those exact bottles with the vinegar solution as someone had given me a bottle of it.

I use that one as well and it’s quite good. It shouldn’t be sprayed too much though and wait about 10 mins after you’ve sprayed before placing piggys in the cage.

Some great advice. I've bought it in the past and I can use half of a spray bottle for my hutches in one clean so it's not economical for me to use...but I just refil the bottle with F10 for cleaning these days.

I used to use this, perfectly safe but took forever to dry! Now I use f10 as Bramble is quite prone to bouts of fungal and the last thing I need is for it to spread to the other 9 so the extra expense is worth it to me. Plus f10 do wipes which makes cleaning the bars so much easier.
But I never had a problem with this stuff :)

I use this sometimes. I also use f10 or vinegar. I get the Johnsons when I do an online shop and need to make up the order to get free postage, that way it's free cleaner!
