Why do they never turn up when they're supposed to? Why do they never answer their phones?

I've wasted a whole day waiting for this guy to come and put our floor down. :'(

He just called to say he's hurt himself and couldn't come. "I thought I'd called you?" AARRGH!

There's not much point in me arranging someone else as chances are they will cost more and it'll take just as long as it will for this guy's leg to heal. Blah.

Sounds like my moving saga when the blokes left about five pieces of furniture behind. Also I asked them well in advance if they could cap off a washing machine so it wouldn't flood. "Oh yes I used to be a washing machine man," said the boss.


You've guessed it - they didn't; there was a flood.
