Hi there guys :)p
Just a quick one to ask if anyone has tried JR Farm Grainless Complete Guinea Pig?
They are currently on pets at home nuggets but I have been thinking of changing for a while, one of my boys is passing quite a bit of calcium in his urine although he is on a low calcium diet. One thing I have noticed is that in the pets at home nuggets they have calcium carbonate added to them. Ive read on here somewhere to try them on a feed that doesnt have it in if they pass a lot of calcium in their urine ? Anyway... I was doing a big shop of christmas prezzie online for the G-unit and thought id have a look at they food as I'm doing an order and saw this 'JR Farm Grainless Complete Guinea Pig' and wanted to know if anyone had tried it? and what the thoughts were before I bought it :)
The ingredients are :
Ingredients:
Timothy grass, orchard grass, meadow grass, plantain, red clover, meadow fescue, lady's mantle, parsley, pea flakes, diced carrots and beans flakes, diced parsnip, peppermint leaves, fennel, diced apple, flax seed, dandelion leaves, diced beetroot, nettle, chamomile flowers, black seed, vitamins

Additives:

Hi,

try to feed your guinea pigs without dried food (exept hay) and a lot of fresh veggies (200g per piggie would be great).
It would be helpful for the calcium-pig.

The ingredients of the pellets are better than in the others , i saw.
And the Gp´s liked it.
But i don´t like to feed pellets, so i bought the "grainless Herbs" last time

(hope you can understand my bad english)
