Just found a nasty looking sore

I have Just found a nasty looking sore on the back of our Buster.
Buster is a boar abouy six months old and is acting fit and healthy.

I have tried to take a few pics, although not as clear as I would have liked.

Any ideas what it is or what to do?

I'm far from piggy expert but the two separate sores (or thats how it appears in the bottom pic) makes it look like it could be a bite, have they been squabbling?
 
Aww love its little heart. I know someone that puts sudocream on her piggies. Someone correct me please if this is totally wrong. That does look like a bite though
 
We have been putting some anti bacterial powder on it and it seems to have scabbed over, although it still looks quite big.:...
