To find my neighbours son with a bag of veggie peelings, the rest of the neighbours must think we're barmy lol.
I get 2 bags of veggie peelings a week!
At least it dont go to waste :))

I call it recycling :))
Ok maybe i am a bit barmy!
 
Well why not lol to be honest i think my piggie's eat more veg than the whole street!
 
My neighbours do that too and often had on food for the cats too!
 
Hahahah! Such a good idea and lovely neighbours too:)) my next door neighbours, and my nana give me newspaper (and now even my nana's friends give me newspaper!) Hehehe I'm overrun with the stuff :))
 
aww thats lovely! saves it going to the compost bin though! My friend always saves her newspapers and loo rolls:)) for me
 
Us and our neighbours are side by side, we've even said about putting a door in the hallway at the bootom of the stairs so we go from our hallway to theirs :))
Our cats and dogs go next door and their cats come here even though both lots of cats are indoor cats.
Daisy and millie have biscuits and god knows what next door :))
Our chester used to go next door for dinner about 3 times a day :(|)
 
The school where I work saves the salad that hasn't been eaten by the children for my guinea pigs. Vegetable peelings are saved sometimes as well.
 
Our next door neighbour are an American family (there's an American RAF base in our village) and Matt arrived, in uniform last night, clutching carrots and celery. Yes please!
I have the same problem with Newspaper, in that I don't use it very much as we've got a C&C with fleece and inco pads, my bro saves it for us, and gets those massive weekend Times papers! I've got a mountain! And no local rescue to drop it off to now we've moved.
I think it's SO kind and sweet when your neighbours and family think of your creatures as part of your family. <3
 
That's so sweet but they probably do think you're a bit barmy! But your piggies get a good deal out of it :))
