recently my guinea pig died porkchop so i have gotten a new guinea pig for his brother nibbler we bought a new baby guinea pig from a pet store near by ive had him for 2 weeks andhe loves hisnew home nibbler doesn't seem to like the baby though I'm open to connect them so they can get use to each other i have named my new pigggie wilber babe the first and hes just such a cute little fluff ball i feel like he fits right into the family

Piggies can have very firm ideas who they will get on with and who not. You may find out that they do not get on. The average for rebonding boars seems be around 1 : 2 boars met.

Please have a good look at the information threads on the top of our bonding and behaviour section before you try any intros. You can try them on your lap together at the start of the introductions. If hostilities are pretty imminent, it is not worth going any further; it will never work!
Make sure that you have a refuge for in the shape of a small tube or a cardboard box with small entrances for the baby if especially the mounting is getting too much.
