How often should you give your Guineas a bath?

we bath our guinea pigs every time they go on holibags which is either twice or thrice a year at the very most unless of course they look dirty or smell which has never been the case really

I only bath mine as and when they need it,If a rescue comes in dirty or has lice it gets a bath but I never bath them just for the sake of it
