Like Claire W said, kale and spinach are very high in calcium and should only be fed in moderation. While calcium is a necessary nutrient for guinea pigs, too much of it can cause them to develop bladder stones.
I only feed kale once a week, kale has a good calcium:phosphorus ratio and I dont notice any issues when thats fed, but I have started to notice sludge after feeding spinach with some of the girls so they only get it once a month now, if at all.
My Finn and Lara don't get neither kale or spinach regularly.
They have different menus during lunch time and that is when I rotate different veggies or fruits for them. Kale and spinach will be given during lunch time in rotation with other veggies and fruits.
For breakfast and dinner, they usually get romaine lettuce and 1-2 types of herbs.
