Kasper is now taking his Baytril mixed with Ribena. I don't even buy Ribena for myself!

I wish my Esme would take her medicine better we have had such a struggle in the past few weeks. She was on septrin antibiotics which are banana flavoured which she used to take pretty well in the past. She was having non of it this time though.

wow thats a good idea ribena and batril. Mine always hate taking meds so good tip :D Thank you. He;s just beautiful by the way :D :rose
 
It was the vet who recommended mixing it with Ribena cordial. He hates Baytril and Septrin! She says to keep it undiluted.

Have you tried lacing it with tasty stuff?
 
I've tried dipping the syringe in Ribena and cranberry juice but my Peanut Butter isn't co-operating and hates all anti-biotics even the banana flavoured Bactrim he is now on. He does love his pro-biotics though. And the tramal painkiller I'm not sure what he thinks of it, but as it is only .07mls at a time I can squirt it in before he knows what's hit him. I'm so envious when I see piggies enjoying their syringes!

I just syringe some Ribena into the syringe after I have added the medicine. It has worked so well that he didn't even need the Ribena today :o
