So, my girl had 2 babies ( pet store sold me a sow and a boar even though I asked for 2 boys so this accident happened), and since they are around 4 weeks old now it was time to separate them from their mom so I decided to put the babies together with the daddy now because I sexed them and they turned out to be both male.
Today it is 2nd day since the three of them are together. Dad accepted one boy ( he still DOES show signs of dominance such as butt shaking, purring, butt sniffing and some chasing, but they are getting along pretty well, sleeping and eating together) but he absolutely doesnt let another boy come even near
He starts chasing him really violently so the poor baby gets so scared and stays in one corner all day long and it makes me feel so bad for him.He doesnt even let him come out to eat or anything so I'm keeping some food for him provided in that corner at all times. But it seems like dad just cant stand the another boy. Also I noticed a small wound on dad's leg which confused me because he is the dominant one and I doubt any of the babies had strenght to do that since they are much much smaller than him.
I am mostly worried about dad hurting the babies because they are still so tiny and he is huge, if he wanted to he has physical strenght to hurt them. Should I just let them sort it out for themselves or separate them?

Hi and welcome!

Unfortunately, it sounds like dad is not accepting his second son. It does happen; not all boars will click with every baby, not even their own.
It would be good to find another boar companion who loves the little unwanted boy. In the longer term, boars work better in pairs anyway.
If you can get to one of the recommended rescues, you can make sure that acceptance has happened when you come home only with a properly sexed and healthy boar. Until then, please remove baby and keep him next to his mother. Boars start making babies from 3 weeks onward.

Seeing that you are from a country where neutering operations are very expensive, unfortunately, it is not a realistic option for you to keep the rejected baby next to his mother until he is 6 weeks post neutering op and safe to go back to living with her. :(

You may find these guide links below helpful. As you mention 'pet store' (and not pet shop), I assume that you are from the US or Canada?
It would be helpful if you please added your country and state/province to your account details (via clicking on your username on the top bar), so it appears with every post you make and allows us to tailor any advice and recommendations to what is available and relevant where you are. Background, climate, vet and rescue access, as well as medical and care brand names vary widely for our members from all over the world. Our default advice is UK based.

Welcome to the forum.
Sorry you have found yourself in this situation.
I hope the original pet store has accepted responsibility for their mistake and given you appropriate housing and cover for vet bills.
Enjoy the forum and please can we see pictures

Thank you for your replies! The pet store owner has actually accepted responsibilities and we agreed that I bring them the baby boys
I'm from Croatia and unfortunately here we don't have many options when it comes to guinea pigs, no piggy rescues, plus, vets here where I live have little to no experience with piggies so I have to manage like this
