Keeping Your Vegetables Fresh? Tips!

I have always found that most veg keeps best in an air tight box, with some kitchen roll in the bottom and out of its plastic packaging in the fridge. But what about you ? What tips do you have for keeping your veggies fresh?

i do the same. plastic airtight boxes, kitchen roll at the bottom, and then a layer of veg, layer of kitchen roll, etc all the way to the top.

I have ten sows so my veg doesn't get a chance to go off.Me and my daughter share their veg as well

I keep mine in the fridge as The lettuce usually is gone by day 2 or 3 and I keep peppers and cucumbers in fridge as well as they stay there for a while

I wrap my celery in tinfoil with some kitchen roll between and keep it in the fridge. It has to be really tight to keep the air out.This means my celery keeps nice and crisp.
