And he is getting very dominant. Do I separate them this has only happened this week since I moved them to a larger cage?
 
no let them sort it one you change things they have to re assert the pack order. only seperate if one starts loosing weight or if blood gets drawn
 
It's hard for us as humans because if we ran around doing it to each other it would be a bit mean, but to them it's normal and doesn't hurt to much, it's just what they do, it's the same with alot of different animals, don't worry yourself to much about it (:
 
I wouldn't worry if it is only mounting. Have gone through this myself and it seems to just be normal piggy behaviour. Also switching cages triggered it with me as well. Seems the bigger it is the more of these dominance displays. Perhaps because they have so much room to chase before mounting?
