No, guinea pigs don't have a vomit reflex.

That is why piggies nibble on anything for a taste and why youngsters learn from their mum what is safe to eat and what not (often they pick food from mummy's mouth). Once they have swallowed something, it has to go through the system.

Guinea pigs will never vomit unless they evolve. I don't want that to happen though, I like piggies just the way they are!
