Koko and Panda’s holiday

Hi, we are going to Poland for summer (by car) and we would love to take our 2 guinea pigs, Koko and Panda(The drive would be at least 22 or 25 hours long) We are having some issues though as we are not sure if they need a passport to travel from England to Poland!We would take them in a dog carrier or something similar but not too big as will have 4 or 3 people in the car + a miniature Yorkshire terrier
I would love to read some of your thoughts on this and how to travel with them,

Please enquire at your embassy about the formalities in place for the Brexit transition phase to make sure that you do not run into trouble.

Please make allowance in case you are travelling during a heat wave or heat spike that you can protect your guinea pigs adequately - for the way out as well as the return journey!
