Hi

My girls - mother and daughter are really lazy

I feed them fresh fruit and veg every day

They have a massive indoor house with plenty of shelter and run space but they dont want to exercise.

If i get them out and about they just go back in to the hutch

They dont seem unhappy just really lazy

What can I do to get them exercising?

Our Willow isn't the most energetic of piggies either, but she's happy to move for food :)

Spreading veggies/grass (like Wiebke suggests) around should get them moving ;)

Hi Dan, how old are your girls? Older piggies will naturally be less active but can often be encouraged with food! Spreading the fresh veg over a wide area will encourage them, they may take a few days to get used to "hunting" for their veg though. :)
