Lady needs help joining

Can anyone help a new piggy owner with two piggles? she has joined the forum and rather than it letting her post it will only let her pm, she has tried pming mods/other people but has got no help, she really wants to get involved with discussions and is excited at having new piggies but unlike us she has no where to show them off
