I've noticed a huge difference already. There's never going to be a quiet moment in here again. She's so happy to be able to talk to someone other than herself. And Pumpkin has already assumed the role of leader (I think). She's constantly checking up on Patches.

So I have a new dilemma.

At first I thought they were getting along great. Now Pumpkin is being bossy and seldom allows Patches to eat without giving her any grief.
I don't have another cage, so I can't separate them... do they just need more time? Is there anything else I can do to try to help them bond?

All piggies are different. I would only get worried if there is blood drawn or tuffs of hair around the cage. Or if you see real fighting.

Do you have another food bowl so they can have one each?
Also do you put in 2 piles of hay for the same reason?

I've been doing that with the hay and it's helping slightly, still working on finding another bowl. The only other one I have is really tall so they would have to dump it over to use it.
