I have been spending the last few weeks getting to know the new girls and getting them comfortable with me. Milkshake very much takes cuddles in her stride. Once she is up she will happily lie on my chest for a while and even give me a few kisses. Pixie being only young is taking longer to come around but I expected that. She has been having cuddletime with veteran cuddler Rosie which seems to help. Maggie has been a lot of fun to get to know (not that the other girls haven't been). She sits happily and chatters away as long as the dreaded comb doesn't come out which is greeted with a silly dance. Maggie is also the only one of my girls who likes a chin tickle,it is very cute. Not to disappoint here is a photo of Mags enjoying a fuss from her very happy new slave.

I gave Cameo a trim the other day as her hair was getting in her eyes - she was such a good girl! she doesn't even need bribery for her daily brush!

Cameo is a gorgeous girl. I'm sure Maggie will come round to grooming soon

I'm at work at the moment and she's here with Jeff, so I'm hoping to give her a bath and trim if it stays quiet! I've never bathed a pig before! :o what kind of brush are you using?

Maggie has always been fine to brush, it was Milky who hated it. Mind you when she came back into rescue she wasn't as good as she'd been as a baby, but not had a problem with her at all. Is the brush sharp or are the bristles too close together, causing it to pull on the coat too much?

The brush isn't sharp but the bristles are fairly close together. They are just basic small animal brushes for long haired animals. Any brush recommendations?
