As the Tribe is currently on a course of fungal treatment to prevent the spread, there has been plenty of scope for drama and some bathing pictures!

Gosh that lot must have taken up the best part of the day! And there's me dreading how long it will take to bathe three lol! :)

Have you had a fungal breakout then?
 
Poor soggy tribe! so funny, hope fungal cleares up soon..... They look even more gorgeous when wet x)

Think I'm going to be visiting this thread a lot.....

I was secretly hoping for a soggy Hywel pigture but I can see why his slave may need two hands and full attention to the task when handling such a chunky monkey :))

Brilliant snaps drool and here's to getting rid of the fungal! Hope Ceri is doing ok and isn't too lonely being away from the tribe!

Dear Hywel can put his front paws on the rim and jump out easily... Definitely an all-hands-on-deck man!

Ceri is sadly not a happy girl and currently at the stage where it looks worse before it gets better.

To anyone who wants a big group - I have to do this every three days with all piggies and the enthusiasm isn't getting any bigger as time goes by and the pigs know what is coming up! mallethead

So sorry to hear you have fungal, Wiebke! What a nightmare in such a big group. Do you have any idea how the outbreak started?

Yes, I have - I have only one affected piggy, who has been separated as soon as I noticed. Ceri has not been 100% and that may be the reason for it. Currently, my life consists of two days of bathing and one of cage cleaning, then repeat... I'm keeping my fingers crossed that it won't come back - this is indeed the my personal nightmare and the downside of having a big group!

I know the feeling when bathing piggies ... how much they hate you while you are doing it but after how much they love you when they are all clean, comfy and smelling nice.

It is certainly worth it when you look at them and think ... WOW, you are gorgeous! x)

Hedydd and Tegan were popcorning like mad in the interval between baths, so it can't have been too traumatic! x)

I'm keeping everything crossed here, Wiebke! I had a herd of seven at its peak and even that would have been a struggle for me to manage. Good luck with it. I'm sure with your organisational skills and consistent approach it will soon be gone.
