I’ve noticed the last few times the ladies have had their floor time, that I have very little poop and no pee to clear up. Has anyone else experienced this? I can only think that they are more relaxed and the excessive amounts of poop they were doing in the early free ranging days, was ‘excitement/nervous poop’!

Just wondering 😁

When Comet and Blitzen would've had floor time in the hall they rarely toileted - poop, occasionally, but never wee. Which I always found hilarious (and was grateful for, I was always paranoid about pee on the carpet, but not enough to stop doing it) lol. They were also pretty good about only pooping on or nearby the towel I would put down.

No training or anything involved, it's just how they did things. Along with Comet trying to eat the letterbox and the wallpaper.

I Had the same experience. My little one has the door of his cage open he goes in and out whenever he wants, I had to replace the first rug.. but after a few months I also noticed he goes back to his cage when he needs to go to bathroom.
