Lice in babies

Hi everyone, I am new here and new to owning piggies and have tonight discovered that one of my baby guinea's (8 weeks) has lice which I am certain means they all do. I read on here somewhere that Lice 'n' Easy is a great product to use but note that you cannot use it in piggies under 12 weeks. Any suggestions as to how to treat these safely in babies? Anything I can just get from the petstore?

If you email Chrissie at Gorgeous Guineas (who make the Lice n Easy shampoo) she will be able to advise you - I had the same problem and she told me how to use the shampoo for babies, I can't remember exactly now but I think just one shampoo rather than 2 and don't leave it on for as long as stated - if you drop her an email she'll sort you out!

Thanks Sophie, I e-mailed her last night and she replied this morning ... 2 shampoos but do not leave the second shampoo on for the recommended 5 minutes and just rinse straight away.
