Lice Keep Coming Back! Help!

I'm starting to get really concerned. I have two pairs of boars they keep getting lice! I've changed their hay, and their bedding and cleaned throughly, what else could it be that's bringing them back? I don't want my babies to keep scratching. In going to give them all baths later. Please any advise is useful.

Yeap, ask the vet for advice. Usually I'd say it's the hay but you've changed it. Mine had it, it did take me a bit to clear it but I made sure they went to the vets so we could get some proper advice.

You need to treat the Guinea pigs not just the environment. Please see a vet to get so you can get correct medication.
