I just wanted to post to say how fab gorgeous guineas shampoo has been for Winston.......a few months ago he had lice infestation and I took him striaght to the vets.......they gave him an injection and told me to come back 10 days later with him.....3 more visits later the lice had just about cleared up....

I was distraught that 2 weeks ago he had lice....AGAIN! after all the money spent at the vets (50 pounds or so...not that I begrudge spending money on my animals...it just obviously hadn;t worked!).

so I looked on the gg site...bought a bottle of Liceneasy shampoo and 2 shampoos and sets later......(fingers crossed) he's stopped itching!
YAY!
Also his coat has come up so white and fluffy...

so I;'d just like to say how much I'de recommend gorgeous guineas for the shampoos....thanks guys! Winston says thnaks too......

best wishes
Andrea

I believe its better than what the vet gives - this takes alot longer and isnt the most convienient when you work to keep going every week for a top up of the stuff! and its so expensive!

You say your piggie has lice again - this maybe the hay you are using - if i were you i would switch.

Mine got it twice, once from P@H hay and the hay you get in local shops. I now only use www.dustfreehay.co.uk.

That's grreat! I use LiceNEasy too. The thing to remember is that Lice is treatable with LiceNEasy but mites you have to go to the vet for treatment. :)

mites you cant see as they're below the skin, lice you can see as they live in the fur, though they are very small
