Can't believe how much I am enjoying piggies in the house - they are so much fun !

We have only had Lola just over 3 weeks and despite being nervous she is coming out of her shell more every day, and was wheeking very loudly at teatime tonight for her veggies (first time she has done that !) She was also at the vets last week and got a clean bill of health, so can hopefully get her a friend soon.

We have had Smudge and Jasper since June but brought them inside last week, due to the wet weather and Smudge have a fungal patch - the patch seems to be clearing up really well so hopefully it is on the way. I bought some C&C grids this week which I fastened to the cage this evening so they could have an indoor run, they were a little wary at first but once I put some food in there they have been having a great time - I even saw popcorns ! I can't leave the grids attatched all the time but it is nice to know I can connect them up and let them have a bit more space - even have enough grids to make one for Lola once I get some cable ties

It's great having your piggies indoors, we have just recently moved house and now both Cookie and Treacle and Megan live in the living room with us. It's great just to be able to watch them going about their piggie business.

So pleased that Lola has started wheeking, it's one of the best noises in the world isn't it? Sounds like she's found her feet quite quickly, hope you can find the perfect friend for her.

Hope Smudges fungal clears up soon.
