Light sneezing and snotty nose?

I just adopted 3 new piggies from my old shelter. They were they for about a week and the lady practically begged us to take all 3 home. Then she went on to say that if we don't want them anymore, to just eat them. WTF? They thought 2 were boys and one a girl, but they are all little chicks. Ones overweight, another is mean and the last likes to be calm and sweet. Two of them I noticed having a bit of sneezing and a tiny amount of cloudy snot. They seem to be doing better now, but I wanted to know if there are any over-th-counter meds I could give them? I don't have $200 to take all 3 to a vet. Please help.
