Lighting

We want to move our guinea pigs in from the conservatory, but the room we want to move them into is a bit of a dark room, only a small window, any suggestions for the best lighting? Would a normal standard light be OK, or led's?

A normal light should be fine. Is there no natural light in the room at all?

Yes, but it's a small window so it's no where near as bright and sunny as they're used to in the conservatory.
