Lightly squeaking when pooping?

I never really thought about this before, but once in a while Cocoa will squeak lightly when she’s pooping. She’s done this off and on probably since I got her, which was a little over a year ago now. I took her to the vet in February for a checkup and my vet said she’s healthy. Cocoa is very active and eats/drinks normally. If she does the squeaking only once in a while, what could that mean?

Squeaking when pooping is generally connected with issues either in the reproductive or urinary tract; but whatever it is oviously on the minor side and not a big stone or urinary tract infection. How old is Cocoa?

She is a year and a half old

Then we can cross off problems with the womb or ovarian cysts; she is rather too young for that.
