so i want to know if this is a good idea so i want to first have a felt and then have fleece on top of that because i want to give them some extra padding is this ok and a good idea

Felt isn’t absorbent. The absorbent layer needs to be something like a mattress protector or puppy pads and then you can put fleece on top of that.

I agree with piggies&buns, you really need an absorbent layer immediate beneath the fleece otherwise your piggies will be wading in their own wee

and pee soaked piggies aren't pleasant. And I believe it can harm them?
