Lips nearly healed, now lump under chin..

Humbug has a lump under chin, around lympnode area.. I recognise it from when Liquorice had it, she had it lanced at vets, when I first bought her.
Looks like history has repeated itself, could these girls be related?
Both from the same shop, both Abbys, similar personalities?
