Litter training

Can guinea pigs be litter trained and if so whats the best way to do it. Please says some pics and tricks
 
Hi! Guinea pigs can't be litter trained. Some are scattier than others depending on the surroundings they and their ancestors have been born into at the breeder's. They will however generally have peeing corners and also pee in their sleep. You can move a hay tray into a peeing corner to catch some of the worst; for some reason, piggies love to munch on hay while they do their business. But you also need to clean a hay tray very regularly and refill with fresh hay as it makes over 80% of their daily food intake.

Poos are frequent and go everywhere. You need to poo patrol a fleece cage twice daily. Lots of nice fat poos are the sign of healthy piggies.
 
I’ve tried to litter train my guinea pigs for months now, but they still don’t get it. I’ts impossible for Coco and Oreo. But I do know some tips.
Before you train them, make sure their bedding is cleaned and free of anything that came out from their bum. Then, wait for them to poop. After that, take the poop and let them sniff it or get their attention. Last, bring the poop to the litter box and drop it. If your guinea pigs still do not get, you can try it again. If they do, give them a treat, just so they know that they are doing the right thing.

“Flat poos” - how do you mean. My two boars produce capsule like poos, is this not good?
